Job Description
As a Senior Technology Specialist, you will bring your expertise in application and process engineering to empower our sales, projects, and engineering teams. Your key focus areas will include delving into low carbon process and transformational energy applications which involve compression, pumping, and filtration, and linking them to relevant John Crane solutions. You will be the authority to understand existing and emerging process designs, industry codes, and technology requirements to identify growth opportunities for John Crane.

Responsibilities -
• Deepen the organization's understanding of New Energy-related processes across evolving markets.
• Engage in process and technology mapping for pumping, compression, and filtration applications.
• Collaborate with R&D and product groups to identify and map relevant technical standards.
• Translate process engineering knowledge into actionable insights for John Crane products.
• Act as the focal point and subject matter expert for New Energy applications.
• Participate in technical networks, sharing insights and maintaining awareness.
• Build organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Represent John Crane at New Energy industry forums, associations, and trade shows.
Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in pumping, compression, and or filtration technologies.
• Experienced in design/ commissioning/ operation of process plants. EPC/ Process licensor experience would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of industry codes relevant to industrial gas and other process industries would be advantageous.
• Skilled in creating process diagrams/ flowcharts to map equipment and applications.
• A degree-qualified specialist with a profound understanding of low carbon process and energy applications
• A strong communicator capable of delivering impactful presentations.
