THE ROLE:
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will provide key insights into digital channel performance, supporting commercial planning and digital delivery teams to optimize marketing, merchandising, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver real-time performance insights across digital marketing, mobile apps, and website activity.
* Conduct post-investment analysis for digital product launches.
* Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics) to track user behavior and conversion rates.
* Support web analytics development and data accuracy.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure robust performance measurement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Piano Analytics).
* Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.
* Experience in A/B testing, performance optimization, and web analytics.
* Background in e-commerce (preferred).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
