TJ Refrigeration Ltd Role: Business Development Manager Location: Rochdale, OL16 2BX – Hybrid Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent Salary: £50,000-£60,000 dependent on experience Bonus Company Car TJ Refrigeration is an independent and very competitive company formed in 1982. We have grown consistently over the years and have enjoyed over 40 years within the refrigeration industry. The company is split into two divisions and specialises in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning, offering solutions to almost any situation. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new business opportunities Generating leads and qualifying prospects. Building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Developing and executing sales strategies. Managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. Thinking strategically and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business. Liaising with Finance, Marketing and Operations departments as appropriate. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. Social Media Marketing Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with all lead/opportunity information. Attending industry seminars, conferences, and events. Analyse competitive landscapes and provide insights to inform business strategy. Keeping abreast of trends and changes in the industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
