Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family/Systemic Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, working primarily with Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you’ll provide high-quality systemic therapy for children, young people, and families experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide systemic therapy to children, young people, and families as part of the CAMHS team.
\n
* Offer assessments and interventions that support families in understanding and improving relational dynamics.
\n
* Work closely with other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.
\n
* Contribute to the development of treatment plans, collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
\n
* Maintain accurate, timely records in line with service protocols and legal requirements.
\n
* Engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development.
\n
* Support the wider team with clinical advice and guidance as needed.
\n

Essential Criteria:
\n
\n
* Recognized qualification in Family/Systemic Therapy (e.g., MSc or equivalent).
\n
* Experience working within CAMHS or similar settings.
\n
\n
