About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* To undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
* To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
* To provide callout responses for clients as detailed on the callout rota.
* To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure relevant standards are met.
* To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company are carried out.
* To work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Key Hiring Criteria:
* A qualified electrician with City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition certification.
* Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
* A full clean driving license.
* The ability to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
