Aftersales Advisor (Parts/Service)
£26-29k Plus OTE

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am–6:00pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 1pm
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing repair estimates from eVHCs
2. Picking & ordering parts
3. Upselling repair work
4. Tyre stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks)
5. Oil stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks)
6. Workshop consumable ordering
7. Progress updates & Preparing
8. Loading digital service records - Liaising with customers
Your background & skill:
1. 2 years main dealer parts or service experience
2. Knowledge of Kerridge
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work well within a team
