Role Overview: This is an interim opportunity with the potential to go permanent. As the M&E Manager, you will be at the forefront of safety and regulatory adherence. Your responsibilities will span across statutory and non-statutory compliance workstreams. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll champion safety, oversee inspections, and drive remedial actions. Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Service, Testing, and Inspection: Ensure accurate execution of compliance processes. Assess risk and prioritise remedial work. Keep processes up-to-date and relevant. Maintain meticulous records and certifications. Stay informed about industry changes. Contribute to specification updates.
* Legal Obligations and Risk Mitigation: Develop robust procedures for managing legal obligations. Efficiently mitigate identified risks. Optimise resource utilisation for resident safety.
* Collaboration and Risk Management: Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager and Building Safety Manager. Identify health, safety, and compliance risks. Implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
