Position: Associate Director of Building Surveying - West Midlands


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a comprehensive range of building surveying services, focusing on acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence (TDD).
* Manage diverse projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Play a pivotal role in the firm's ongoing growth and success.


Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 5 years of Building Surveying experience within Commercial projects.
* MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
* Strong business development and client management skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
