MK Search & Selection have partnered with a well respected M&E Contractor who currently turnover £80m per annum and a strong presence delivering across sectors for leading main contractors who are looking for a document controller to join their London business unit. Based from their head office in Kings Cross, you will work closely with the project teams with an overview of a very notable commercial scheme they are about to deliver in Central London Responsibilities: Maintaining the electronic file sharing systems such as SharePoint and Aconex and Asite administer user access permissions. Control & file drawings and specifications Issue and control documents Provide general administration to the Construction Team Control technical documents and reports Manage and Maintain Project Directory within EDMS. Assist with other projects and duties as required Requirements: Proven experience working for M&E contractor Experience within Commercial Projects Experience with EDMS systems such as, Asite, Aconex, Procore Proven experience managing documents for multiple projects
