About the role
In your role as Front of House co-ordinator you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.
This role will provide a great opportunity to provide support in ensuring the smooth operation of building services, maintenance, workplace management and all Front of house services are delivered.
This role involves overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards for the working environment.
What you will be doing
As a trusted part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for:
* Main point of contact for Front of House
* Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a high-quality visitor experience
* Operate Liverpool switchboard and direct calls
* Maintain meeting rooms and visitor areas
* Order catering and assist with staff events
* Supervise housekeeper and ensure cleaning standards
* Oversee joiner/leaver process and Day 1 inductions
* Share office updates with staff
* Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and inspections
About you

To be successful in the role you will have:
* Experience in a front of house role in a corporate office
* Excellent customer support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service

* Good knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
