Ashton Recruitment require a Reception Administrator for our client based in Lisburn.
Position: Reception Administrator
Location: Lisburn
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £13.85 per hour
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
* Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
* Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
* Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries
* Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
* Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations
* Handling confidential information with discretion
Essential Criteria
* Prior work in a front-desk or customer-facing role is often required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Knowledge of office management systems and databases
* Handling several tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing administrative work.
* Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
* Clear and professional communication
