If you’re a motivated accountant who feels disillusioned by the limited number of employers in Cornwall that can offer genuine gold-standard career advancement, we’re going to make you smile.
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have formed an exclusive recruitment partnership with a manufacturing business that is regarded as the county’s most sought after employer. A large, modern, globally trading business that puts their employees at the forefront of everything they do, with unrivalled employee retention and an average staff tenure that leaves other employers wondering how they do it. The business is helmed by a talented management team in the region, achieving an impressive 40% growth in sales in 2021.
Their finance-number-one (also introduced by Trial Balance Consulting) is a highly knowledgeable, energetic, and approachable individual with big plans for the future of the company’s accounting function. The structure of the function is changing, and they now seek to welcome no less than three new colleagues to their team. These roles have been created off the back of internal promotions to facilitate continued growth.
