Technical SEO Manager - Client facing.
Location: Hertfordshire - minimum 1 day in the office.
An exciting Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Technical SEO Manager to join their successful team!
This is a permanent role with a hybrid work model - ideally 1 - 3 days a week in the office, which is within walking distance from the train station, approximately 20 minutes from London Kings Cross station, with plenty of car parking onsite.
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting keyword research and analysis.
2. Monitoring and managing strategies both on-site and off-site.
3. Analyzing web traffic, ROI, and creating reports.
4. Interacting with clients.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1. Solid knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
2. Experience with Google Analytics.
3. Managing SEO strategies.
4. Assisting with SEO audits.
5. Implementation of technical updates.
6. Understanding of Offsite & Onsite Optimisation factors.
7. Marketing experience.
8. Social Media knowledge.
9. Data Analysis & Reporting skills.
10. Experience in either technical or content SEO within an agency.
11. Demonstrable experience delivering SEO campaigns for clients.
12. Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and GSC.
13. Excellent understanding of Google algorithms and updates.
14. Deep knowledge of on-page SEO, natural backlink profiles, and on-page optimisation.
15. Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Skills:
Technical SEO Managers need to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people. It is essential that all Technical SEO Managers have first-class communication skills (written and verbal), time management, client care skills, are well-organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
