Reed Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a reputable business in their search for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support a small team of Recruitment Consultants and to manage their administrative duties. Temporary until 28th February 2025 – likely to go permanent Asap startMonday to Friday – 37.5 hours REMOTE £13.00 per hour Typical daily duties include: • Manage the administrative process for a small team of recruitment consultants • Be the first port of call for all incoming candidate enquiries and requests • Post job adverts onto job boards• Using job boards, source relevant candidates for the team • Arrange interviews for candidates to attend • Obtain feedback from the candidates following their interview• Get new starters ready and fully complaint, process documents, DBS checks etc …• Any other ad hoc duties as required by your manager Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative role• The ability to work at pace and under time restraints• Strong organisational and multitasking skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you would like to apply for this brand new role please click ’apply’ and send your cv to
