Experience preferred, knowledge of food hygiene, allergens, food prep etc. Training will be given including courses to gain certificates. To be able to work as a team, supporting and working alongside our Head Chef, also being able to work on your own using your initiative. Traditional pub food made fresh, including desserts. Hours are based on a two weekly Rota. Week 1 Monday and Tuesday 10.30am - 8pm Friday 11am - 8pm Week 2 Monday and Tuesday 10.30am - 8pm Friday 11am - 8pm Saturday 11am - 8pm Sunday 10am - 6pm Also to cover for the Head Chefs Holidays and sickness.
