Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Look no further! An independent veterinary practice in Ely, with over 25 years of history, is on the hunt for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their long-established and close-knit team.
This busy practice has built a loyal client base over the years, offering a wide variety of cases and a vibrant, fulfilling workload. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a warm and welcoming environment, supported by a fantastic clinical team who have been part of the practice for many years, contributing to its family-like atmosphere and creating a strong foundation of support and camaraderie.
You will be joining the team as a second vet alongside the highly experienced and talented owner and head vet. You will be the sole vet on some days, which provides a fantastic and rare opportunity to really stamp your authority and establish yourself within the practice, enjoying total clinical freedom. Therefore, a passion for client care is essential, as you will be expected to build relationships with the loyal clientele and communicate effectively in a friendly and professional manner. As the role will involve sole charge, the ideal candidate will need at least 3-4 years of experience, strong clinical skills and the ability to make confident decisions.
