£34,500 - £43,000 + fantastic benefits

Developing and delivering an engaging and best in class programme of events and Communication initiatives for Operational & Health Care Management (OHCM). With a focus on nurturing relationships, improving customer focus and boosting future consideration to maximise People Engagement and Experience. This will also include working with and providing support to Senior Stakeholders in development of Communications initiatives that support the Strategic objectives of the area.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
1. With the CS Internal Communications Manager, lead and facilitate events and activities to support the Directors, with a focus on understanding the barriers to engagement, opportunities for improvement and using this insight to drive continuous improvement.
2. Support and develop and implement a function-specific internal communications strategy.
3. Plan and manage the development and delivery of a programme of external and/or internal events that supports business strategy, capability and engagement.
4. Prove the success and impact of each engagement by demonstrating how the event performed by seeking feedback and setting out clear engagement metrics prior to the event taking place, ensure any learnings are built into future events
5. Ensures legal and regulatory compliance, adheres to Bupa’s Corporate and UK policies, and to internal operating procedures, ensuring that risk is managed in line within Bupa’s UK’s risk appetite. This includes considering the needs of vulnerable customers and making adjustments to meet their needs.
6. Brief and manage the relationship with the events agency
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
7. Experience of successfully leading a team to plan and deliver corporate events.
8. A high degree of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
9. Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of bringing others along with them.
11. Creative experience and flair and a strong understanding and empathy with Brand values.
12. Experience in managing and developing budgets.
