An experienced Industrial Relations Partner will join this Bolton based education company on a six-month fixed-term contract, focusing exclusively on developing a robust industrial relations strategy. This role is critical as the company navigates potential future changes in the regulatory landscape, including the impact of a possible change in government. This position will play a key role in ensuring the organisation is prepared, proactive, and compliant with any evolving industrial relations expectations. The successful candidate will lead the creation of an industrial relations framework that aligns with the company's commitment to staff engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. Working closely with senior leaders, this role will ensure that they are well-positioned to manage workforce relations effectively while supporting the mission to improve lives through education and care. Experience in creating legally compliant policies that align with organisational goals. Capability to analyse workforce trends and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership. Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders. Experience Experience in an industrial relations or HR role, with a strong focus on strategy development. Demonstrated experience in preparing organisations for changes in industrial relations regulations, including risk mitigation. Immediate start, hybrid working.
