We're happy to say that we have 3 opportunities available and depending on where your skills and passions lie, you could be partnering with our Savings, Mortgages or Cost business areas.
How you'll make a difference
You'll provide financial guidance and support for senior leadership team stakeholders, collaborating to establish financial plans and assuring their successful delivery through each financial period. By partnering with your business area, you will be able to generate valuable insight, which drives incremental, purposeful progress to support the development of strategies and delivery of change.
What will you bring to the role?
* Previous business partnering experience within a finance function (financial service experience is not essential)
* Qualified or nearly Qualified Accountant
* Strong analytical skills (Excel and BI Applications)
* Finance systems user (e.g. Oracle)
* Presentation/Report Writing experience
* Strong relationship building and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to adapt your communication style
* Team collaboration and cross skilled working
* Commercial curiosity
* Continuous improvement mindset
