1. Position: Primary School Office Managers (2 positions)
2. Pay: £14 - £16 per hour
3. Location: Dudley, West Midlands
4. Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for permanency for the right candidate
5. Hours: Full-time 8 am until 4pm
6. Start Date: Immediate - applicants must be available immediately or nearing the end of a current contract
Role Overview:
As an Office Manager, you'll take a lead role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the school office, supporting the school's administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing a school office, or for a senior administrator seeking an opportunity to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily administrative tasks and office operations to support the smooth running of the school
2. Coordinate office workflows and support staff with administrative needs
3. Act as a central contact point for parents, staff, and external partners
4. Manage school communications and maintain accurate records
5. Work collaboratively with school leadership to uphold high standards in school administration
Requirements:
1. Strong background in office management within an educational or similar environment
2. Experience in school administration is highly desirable
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
4. Ability to start immediately or at the conclusion of a current contract
