Key Details:
* Position: Primary School Office Managers (2 positions)
* Pay: £14 - £16 per hour
* Location: Dudley, West Midlands
* Employment Type: Temporary, with potential for permanency for the right candidate
* Hours: Full-time 8 am until 4pm
* Start Date: Immediate - applicants must be available immediately or nearing the end of a current contract
Role Overview: As an Office Manager, you’ll take a lead role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the school office, supporting the school’s administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing a school office, or for a senior administrator seeking an opportunity to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily administrative tasks and office operations to support the smooth running of the school
* Coordinate office workflows and support staff with administrative needs
* Act as a central contact point for parents, staff, and external partners
* Manage school communications and maintain accurate records
* Work collaboratively with school leadership to uphold high standards in school administration
Requirements:
* Strong background in office management within an educational or similar environment
* Experience in school administration is highly desirable
* Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
* Ability to start immediately or at the conclusion of a current contract
