Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced HR professional to join our team. You will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner in providing a value-added service to your designated business area. You will lead on attendance management, Occupational Health provision, and be involved in projects such as the annual Health and Wellbeing Plan, restructures, and policy reviews. However, there will be some administration to deal with too.
Day-to-day activities will include being the first point of contact for the HR Business Partnering team, providing advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters. You will provide excellent customer service to managers across the business, providing support at hearings and formal meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Intermediate Qualification (Level 5) or working towards it, or an equivalent Level 5 qualification in a HR/business-related subject. You should have experience of working within a fast-paced human resources environment, offering advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of subject matters using determination and nous to find appropriate solutions and answers. This role would suit someone who can work on their own initiative, and who has excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to all key stakeholders.
