Job Description
As a Mental Health Clinician for Education, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support and guidance to our young people. You will work closely with our educational and residential teams to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored care plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to support young people's well-being and academic success
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to care
Requirements:
* Qualified professional or accredited Counsellor with a background in child development and mental health
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and colleagues
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising the needs of vulnerable individuals
