Furness CMHT are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Health Support Worker to join our busy Community Mental Health Team in the Furness area of South Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate physical health clinics for adults with complex mental health needs. This will involve taking bloods and other patient observations including ECG, weight, height, blood pressure and pulse. Other clinic responsibilities include completing supporting documentation and follow up with the community mental health medical team. Mental health experience is desired but not essential as training will be provided.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
