4Site Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our client, an established company in the London construction industry.

Hours: 7.30am - 5.30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced electrician with supervisory experience to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is ideal for individuals with on-site supervisory experience within the electrical industry. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs across various sites, ensuring the work is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
2. Manage and lead a team of mechanical operatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
3. Monitor and inspect work to ensure it meets both client and regulatory standards.
4. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
5. Act as the main point of contact for the client, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Complete all necessary paperwork, including job sheets, compliance documentation, and safety reports.
7. Address any technical issues or challenges on-site in a timely manner to ensure project progression.
8. Ensure the correct materials and resources are available for the team to complete the project.
Key Requirements:
1. 1-2 years minimum of experience supervising temporary site services.
2. Previous experience of being an AP.
3. SSSTS or SMSTS (advantageous).
4. UK driving license.
5. Skills:
* Strong electrical knowledge and practical experience.
* Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures and regulations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise during the project.
1. A company van and fuel card will be provided for travel to and from sites, or a travel allowance can be arranged depending on the location of the sites.
2. The role requires flexibility with travel and working hours, as you will be working across various sites.
