We need a dedicated Membership Manager to help us retain & develop strategic relationships with existing members and help to drive the expansion of our highly valued community of leaders from the biggest and best staffing, search, and talent solutions firms.

You will identify and build relationships with member organisations and prospective members, determining their membership goals to maximise membership advocacy.

You love building deep, long-term client relationships and demonstrating the impact you and our network can have on the success of member’s businesses, solutions and careers. You expect to have a personal impact on the growth and development of the business, working both autonomously and as part of a highly motivated team. Ideally, you have knowledge of the recruitment, talent solutions and talent tech industry, with account management and new business development experience in this market or an equivalent sector.
You have strong communication and presentation skills, understand when to listen and how to pitch persuasively, virtually and face-to-face. You are an excellent networker who knows how to manage your time and projects effectively. You know how to optimise your CRM and accounts management systems. You are a confident, ambitious, competitive and consultative team player with the resilience, drive and tenacity to create opportunities for yourself and for TALiNT Partners.
More about the day to day aspects of the role
Membership Management: To support member retention & development:
* Onboarding calls with all new members
* Quarterly check-ins to review engagement and maximisation of benefits
* Arrange 6-monthly member 121s with the MD for industry updates/analysis and collate feedback on member solutions or plans
* Work with the Events Executive to ensure member, attendee and prospect data are continually updated to optimise invitations and attendance
* Work with the MD to identify speakers from the network for future events and contributors to white papers and editorial features
* Work with the Content Manager & Marketing Team to collate content for the Monthly Member Update
* Build relationships with members to upsell membership additions like our Forum membership for CFOs, CTOs and CMOs
Member Acquisition: To support membership growth:
* You will work with the Marketing Team to ensure membership promotion and acquisition campaigns are regular, relevant and targeted.
* You will also work with the Events and Awards Teams to ensure members make best use of our programme, prospects are converted from event attendance to membership.
* Qualify leads and arrange sales calls
* Work with the Events Executive to maximise non-member attendance at events with prospects
* Work with the TIARA Awards team to identify membership prospects from entrants & finalists
Sponsor relationship management: To support the development of our strategic sponsors and maximise partner relationships:
* Ensure alignment on objectives and business development opportunities at events
* Ensure sponsor target prospects are invited to events and become part of our membership pipeline
Location & working arrangements:
Our office is in Godalming, near Guildford, Surrey. We support hybrid working but we expect regular attendance at the office (minimum of 2 days per week) so you must be able to commute to Godalming (there is a mainline train station).
You must have permanent leave to work in the UK
Benefits
* Salary up to £40,000 PA depending on experience plus half yearly bonus (based on KPIs related to member retention and acquisition)
* 25 days holiday per year in addition to Bank Holidays. At the company’s discretion additional days are added at Christmas when we close the office (typically 4-5 days)
