Night Concierge
15 & 17 College Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 3JW
£12.39 per hour - Pay rate effective 1st April 2025
42 hours per week, Working 4 shifts on 4 rest days. 6pm - 6am
Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Concierge at our Homelessness Service, College Road, Norwich.

The role of Night Concierge will include:
1. Being a first point of call to receive and direct all customer queries
2. Developing good relationships with customers, helping them develop life skills
3. Handling occasional emergency/challenging situations
4. Going above and beyond to ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers
5. Occasionally organising and running social activities
6. Some health and safety responsibilities e.g. fire safety checks
7. Ensuring the security of the service is maintained
8. Writing and updating customer notes
Skills and experiences:
1. Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
2. Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to use IT systems confidently
