Job Description:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) business across the DACH region & North Europe.
* Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to drive growth and increase market share.
* Develop and implement core business processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, and Operations leads.
* Drive territory and product performance, implementing growth initiatives as needed.
* Support dealers in developing markets and maintaining customer relationships.
* Lead sales forecasting and delivery, working with regional teams.
* Create and execute an annual sales plan aligned with regional goals.
* Travel more than 50% of the time.
Requirements:
* Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in complex commercial sales or direct sales roles.
* Knowledge of sales and marketing tools for market analysis.
* Strong leadership skills and process management abilities.
* Fluency in German and English.
