Hedley’s Horizons provides adults with disabilities lifelong learning opportunities and activities that promote the importance of wellbeing in adult life. We support adults with cerebral palsy, communication and sensory impairments, and complex learning needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Conditions, offering a choice of activities that meet their aspirations, needs, and preferences.
The Role
We are looking to recruit a part-time activity lead to join our established team. We seek an individual with experience in the development, review, implementation, and evaluation of activities for individuals with complex physical and learning disabilities.
The successful individual will have excellent organisational skills, be flexible in their approach, and understand the importance of structure, routine, and familiarity that this client group requires. The role is for 2.5 days per week, which can be discussed at interview.
Salary
Salary amounts quoted are based on a full-time salary. An adjustment will be made for part-time.
