We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help with the following duties and responsibilities of our fast-growing digital agency:
* Assisting with internal client invoicing systems
* Assist with general accounting queries
* Updating our internal systems with necessary statistics and data
* Ordering office supplies
* Prepping for meetings and presentations
* Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
* Working with and reporting to the Company Directors and Finance Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and preferably have worked in a fast-paced start-up (an agency background would be great but not essential).
The role will be a hybrid of remote and in-office working - our office is in Manchester City Centre (in the Northern Quarter).
