Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2025 term time only plus 5 INSET days (39 weeks per year)
Hours: 15 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview)

St Mary’s Primary School wishes to appoint a hard-working, creative and organised HLTA to teach classes across our school (PPA cover for class teachers) and release teachers for their designated leadership time.
The successful candidate will have uncompromisingly high expectations of themselves and be able to engage children in fun and interesting ways. You will need to be a strong communicator, good team player, interested in innovative approaches to learning and hold (or working towards) a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
We are looking for someone who can champion our four school values: Compassion, Curiosity, Community and Courage throughout their work across our school community.
The School
St Mary’s CE Primary School is a small and friendly village school and part of a family of schools operated under the leadership of the Lighthouse Schools Partnership. The Trust currently comprises 30 Schools.
