Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar / Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
2. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Previous bar experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
5. A willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
6. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £8.60-£10.00 per hour
