In this fast-paced role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact for electrical faults, general enquiries, power cuts as well as during large-scale events like storms. Your calm demeanour, prompt solutions, and reassuring support will help resolve electrical faults and enquiries, whilst always reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service. Your day will involve handling inbound calls, answering customer enquiries, providing updates on faults, and coordinating with our incident controllers to log incidents. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting our vulnerable customers, and offering the extra care they need. This role is not just about managing calls; it’s about caring for our customers when they need it the most. Provide updates and reassurance to our customers, especially the vulnerable. Support customers across multiple channels with consistent, kind communication. Resolve issues promptly, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied. Maintain high customer service standards, even during stormy weather. For full time staff, we offer an 8-week rotation working 5 days over 7 between the hours of 8am and Midnight, including some weekend work.
