Senior Construction Contracts Manager

My client delivers contracts of various types, sizes, and complexity in relation to construction, refurbishment, renovation, adaptations, groundworks, demolition, extensions, and new build.
Background Required:
* Must come from main contractor background (SME preferred)
* Proven track record in public-sector construction projects
* Experience managing projects valued GBP500k - GBP8m
* Currently operating at senior/head of contracts level
* Demonstrable experience in framework delivery
* Strong presence in Wales/West Midlands construction sector preferred
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 8 years in construction contract management
* Must demonstrate projects delivered ahead of programme
* Strong history of maintaining project margins
* Experience with public sector frameworks
* Proven stakeholder management at senior level
* NEC4 and JCT contract expertise
* Track record of successful supply chain management
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* History of implementing process improvements
Technical Skills:
* Expert understanding of construction contracts
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness
* Excellent IT Skills
* Proven risk management capabilities
* Advanced understanding of public sector procurement
* Proficient with construction management software
* Ability to analyse and improve project performance
Qualifications:
* MCIOB preferred
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* Full UK driving licence
