With a stock of just under 3000 homes with ambitious development aspirations you will lead, motivate, support and performance manage a dedicated team who: Provide first-class landlord services with a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the housing stock meets all legislative and regulatory compliance standards. Offer Homelessness services that are effective, innovative, compliant and always empathetic. Increase the social housing available within the borough. Have resident engagement and satisfaction at the heart of service provision. The ideal candidate for this role will bring commitment, enthusiasm, knowledge and practical experience of managing multi-disciplinary housing services. To be successful in this role you will ideally have a Housing qualification, with a successful track record of excellent performance and improvement.
