5. Raise concerns if care plans are not followed and escalate issues through the dispute resolution process to ensure the child's welfare is safeguarded.
6. Work with social workers, foster carers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to care planning.
7. Monitor placements to ensure stability in the children's living arrangements, supporting plans for adoption, long-term fostering, or reunification with family.
