Undertaking high quality direct (assessment & therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative specialist psychological interventions and making autonomous clinical decisions. Working therapeutically with service users with complex presentations, undertake assessments using a broad range of methods such as psychometrics and interviews. Formulating and implementing plans of specialist psychological treatment for patients’ mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological formulation and current evidence based best practise. Being professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care. Maintaining high standards of care in all areas of practice and in accordance the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines and Company Policies and Procedures.
