The role
This role sits within the ETC (Ethical Trade Coordinators Team). The Project Coordinator will manage and monitor project coordination, track milestones, and support cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth delivery of ETC projects. They will assist with training, KPI tracking, customer engagement, and feedback to drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives. The role supports a global team of 25, working with approximately 35 customers, a number expected to grow in 2025 and beyond.
Key responsibilities
* Project Coordination & Monitoring – Support the onboarding of new ETC projects by managing documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement – Participate in customer-facing meetings at project inception to ensure clear timelines, deliverables, and a smooth launch.
* Ongoing Project Support – Assist in implementing client-requested improvements, including adjustments to workflows, prioritization, and reporting structures.
* Milestone & Risk Management – Track project milestones, monitor deliverables, and escalate risks or delays as required.
* Programme Support – Contribute to the implementation of ETC initiatives to enhance supplier engagement and meet customer requirements.
* Cross-Team Collaboration – Liaise with Product, Data, and Account Management teams to integrate insights and identify opportunities for service expansion.
* Training & Development – Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions on platform updates, best practices, and process improvements.
* Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports within Monday.com to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
* KPI Monitoring & Analysis – Track key programme metrics, such as customer engagement and training completion, and compile reports to support decision-making.
* Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service enhancements, upskilling initiatives, and process optimisation.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Minimum three years' experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
* Knowledge and experience in working with supplier social compliance and responsible sourcing supply chains is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
* Experience in tracking project milestones, monitoring risks, and maintaining project documentation.
* Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams to drive project success.
* Proficiency in project management tools, such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
* Ability to analyse data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
* Desirable: experience with Sedex platform navigation and familiarity with products and services.
