Who You Are As a Senior Housing Management Officer specializing in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Domestic Abuse (DA), you are dedicated to maintaining safe and supportive community environments. You possess a strong focus on preventing and resolving ASB and Domestic Abuse, working closely with a range of stakeholders. You are empathetic, resourceful, and committed to ensuring positive outcomes for residents, particularly the vulnerable. What the Job Involves This role requires you to take a lead in managing ASB and Domestic Abuse cases. You will work proactively with internal and external agencies to assess risk and implement safety and support measures for victims. Key responsibilities include addressing ASB and Domestic Abuse reports, supporting victims with robust risk assessments, attending stakeholder meetings, creating action plans, and taking preventive and legal actions as necessary. You will serve legal notices, prepare cases for court, and ensure adherence to safeguarding procedures. You will also focus on effective service queries handling, providing comprehensive and informed reports, and facilitating interventions. Skills Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Experience in public sector tenancy management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex casework Skilled in legal processes and court proceedings Knowledge of ASB and Domestic Abuse legislation and good practice Empathetic approach with ability to build safe, respectful relationships Experience with safeguarding protocols Proficient in report writing and presenting concise information
