The Role We are keen to support you as an ECT to find your first teaching position and help you build your experience and skillset to become a successful teacher. There are a number of opportunities within these schools; EYFS Teacher, KS1 Teacher, KS2 Teacher and PPA Teacher. We will take some time to understand your needs and your preferences to find the best fit for you. You will be expected to: Have positive behaviour management techniques. Work in partnership with other Class Teachers to bring the best teaching opportunities to the students. Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children. Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.
