Description:
As a Content Specialist in the Global Solutions Channel Team, you will play a key role in shaping, managing, and publishing the HR, Pay, and Benefits related content which is available to employees in over 100 countries. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the content is not only accurate but also easy to navigate and impactful for our diverse audiences. Your creative and critical thinking skills will be essential in improving content accessibility and usability.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Creation: Your creative touch will be key in ensuring our content is aligned with the vision and meets the needs of employees globally. We deliver content in 10 languages - thankfully you don't need to know how to read those languages, but we ask for a candidate who has an inclusive mindset and understands a diverse culture.
2. Intake & Collaboration: Gather content requirements from colleagues and subject-matter experts across the company, both inside and outside HR. Your role will involve refining these requirements to create clear, actionable content.
3. Vendor Partnership: Collaborate with our 3rd party technology provider to ensure successful implementation of content requirements, from development to testing. You'll oversee the end-to-end content creation process to guarantee it meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time.
4. Targeting & Population Insights: Understand and analyze the needs of various audiences. Tailor content to meet specific targeting and population requirements, ensuring it resonates with all business segments.
5. Prioritization: With multiple stakeholders and projects, you'll be required to set clear priorities, manage time and resources effectively to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Provide regular status updates to leadership and routinely follow-up with requestors and providers to get quick resolution.
6. Critical Thinking & Innovation: Challenge the status quo, bringing fresh perspectives and creative solutions to improve existing processes, content quality, and user experience. We want to deliver content that truly helps employees, so they don't need to contact a person for help!
Key Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in content management, content strategy, or similar roles.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
4. A creative mindset with a passion for simplifying complex ideas.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including leaders, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate content.
8. Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
