What You'll Do:
* Shape Technical Strategy: Guide the development of ML models using state-of-the-art approaches, including LLMs and VLMs.
* Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with the wider Engineering team, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to design and scale effective solutions.
* Optimize ML Pipelines: Develop efficient pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
* Innovate & Apply: Stay up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and bring new ideas to our projects.
* Mentor & Inspire: Support team members’ growth and create a collaborative, high-performing environment.
* Set Standards: Establish engineering best practices and ensure team alignment for lasting impact.
About You:
You’re passionate about your career, thrive in collaborative, start-up settings, and are excited about driving meaningful change through AI. You bring technical expertise, clear communication, and strong leadership skills.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Extensive experience leading ML projects and shaping technical direction in machine learning for real-world applications.
* Strong programming skills and experience building ML pipelines.
* A solid grasp of ML techniques, particularly with LLMs and VLMs.
* The ability to communicate complex ideas and effectively influence stakeholders across the business.
