We have an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team of staff which has become available due to an internal promotion. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Applicants should meet the following criteria: • Good (3years) experience of working in professional, service-oriented IT team; supporting a medium/large organisation (£500M annual revenue, 6,000 end-users, 40 sites, 4000 support calls per month) • Good (3years) experience of: • supporting Windows OS platform, including: Windows 7 & Windows 10 • supporting Microsoft Office 2010 & O365 products • Basic network troubleshooting • Active Directory platform, including: User administration, Group administration, Basic login troubleshooting • Some (1years) practical experience of Service Desk toolsets Duties of this role include: • Respond promptly to IT end-user incidents, service requests or questions about IT Services working to defined IT SLAs and coordinating with others and/or escalating promptly when necessary. • Ensure high level of user satisfaction through a professional appearance and a friendly and professional telephone and email writing manner combined with ability to translate information from technical to non-technical language. • Proactively contribute to maintaining and expanding service desk knowledgebase to prevent knowledge silos.
