About The Role And Team
People are at the heart of everything we do, and our People Team is on a mission to bring in the very best talent. That’s where you come in! We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Talent Associate to join us for 3-6 months to help us with client and internal growth.
As a Talent Associate, you’ll help us find, engage, and assess top-tier candidates while keeping our hiring process smooth and efficient. If you’re passionate about connecting with great people and making their hiring journey a fantastic experience, we’d love to chat!
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining talent pools to ensure we always have a pipeline of awesome candidates.
* Using a mix of sourcing strategies to find and engage top talent.
* Conducting initial screening calls and messages to assess candidate fit.
* Showcasing CreateFuture’s employer brand to attract the best in the business.
* Ensuring every candidate has a seamless, positive experience from first chat to final offer.

Our Interview Process
* 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Team.
* 1-hour competency-based interview with Talent Acquisition Lead & People Director.
Our interview process is designed as an opportunity both for our interviewers to learn about your expertise, interests and motivations and for you to gain insights into the role, team and business as a whole, so throughout the process, you’ll meet a few people from our team as well as others from across the business to help you get a well-rounded view of the role and life at CreateFuture.
