Belcan has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to be based on site with our prestigious client in Macclesfield to provide Administrative support.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide general support to WSI staff, including day-to-day administration of location strategy projects as part of the Project Management Office (PMO).
Manage diaries, plan and coordinate meetings (including videoconferences and teleconferences), send out agendas, create presentations, and follow up on post-meeting actions.
Handle all aspects of local and overseas travel arrangements for WSI staff, optimizing costs and routes using the companies' travel systems.
Submit expenses on behalf of WSI staff, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide continuous support and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
Maintain the team document management store (SharePoint), create and manage MS Teams for projects, and produce reports.Requirements:
Essential Experience/Skills:
Relevant experience in a PMO, administrative, or general support role.
Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft software packages (SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
