What we are looking for:
Bly House is a two-bed, Ofsted registered children's home providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed
therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
We would love to hear from candidates that have experience in children's residential care, mental health care, special education and or young adult support work!

*Estimated full time salary based on a pay rate of £12.75 to £13.75 per hour for days (depending on qualifications held) and working 12 sleep-nights per month on average (at £60 per sleep night). Pay rate applicable from 01.04.2025
Requirements for a Children's Adventure Care Worker:
* Experience in a children's residential care home (highly desirable)
* A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
* A Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
* Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
* Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
* A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
* Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
