My Exeter-based client, a rapidly growing SaaS tech company, is looking to add two SDR's into their expanding sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify and research potential leads in target industries, using a variety of methods, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social selling. Outreach & Engagement : Connect with prospects to introduce the software’s capabilities, building interest and scheduling demos or discovery calls for the sales team. Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and qualify leads for entry into the sales pipeline. Data Management : Maintain thorough and accurate records of outreach activities and prospecting efforts in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles within the SaaS industry is a strong advantage. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly with potential clients. Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with sales automation tools is beneficial.
