Description
At Reward, we recognise that data and analytics are essential for business growth and success. We are seeking a VP of Analytics to drive our analytics strategy, leading high-impact initiatives and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement an advanced analytics strategy that aligns with Reward’s business goals.
* Lead and scale a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver actionable insights.
* Develop and optimise predictive analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions.
* Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to provide data-driven guidance on key strategic initiatives.
* Enhance data automation, governance, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Champion a culture of analytics excellence, ensuring data is leveraged effectively across the business.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
* Extensive experience in analytics, data science, and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of data modelling, business intelligence, and machine learning techniques.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate analytics into business impact.
* Track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams.
* Experience implementing scalable analytics frameworks and tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation through data.
