* Lead strategically and deliver outcomes on attendance, punctuality, teaching & learning and behaviour for learning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Headteacher in developing and implementing the Academy's vision and strategic direction.
* Assisting the Headteacher in day-to-day leadership, deputising as required.
* Operational management and strategic leadership to oversee quality and standards in teaching, learning and assessment.
* Providing accurate, timely and efficient information to SLT, Regional Education Director and key colleagues.
