Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Operator with Estates & Facilities experience and preferably Micad experience to support the Estates & Facilities team at Nottingham University Hospitals City Hospital. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in migrating data to the Micad system, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Temporary placement up to 6 months
Key Responsibilities
· Input and manage data within the Micad system
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
· Support the Estates team in streamlining processes
· Assist in reducing risk associated with delayed data migration
Requirements
· Background working in an Estates & Facilities setting
· Strong data entry and administrative skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Experience with Micad or similar database systems (desirable)
