Advertised salary is not inclusive of a variable TRONC service charge allocation which will be paid on top of the advertised salary.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience through the strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting them to deliver a lasting impression to every customer.
Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time.

* Experience in managing a full-service restaurant is essential.
* Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service through the strong leadership of the team.
* Experience in coaching and developing a team, sharing your knowledge.
